Completing your program is not the same as graduating. Officially graduating happens after convocation. (Please note you’re not required to attend the convocation ceremony to graduate.) Check your academic history on Acorn under Registration History. Your degree will appear along with the month and year, and/or contact your registrar for assistance.
A Pre-Authorization hold was placed on your credit card by Parchment and could take anywhere from 7-14 business days to clear depending on your financial provider.
What is a credit card authorization hold? An authorization or pre-authorization hold occurs when a merchant verifies that sufficient funds are available in your account for an electronic transaction. They put a temporary lock on a certain amount of your balance until you settle the payment.

General Inquiries (eTranscript)
The eTranscript’s security feature will automatically add a watermark that reads “Copy of Official Transcript” when printed. Please order a paper transcript if you need a physical version of your official transcript.
Like a paper transcript, the eTranscript is a snap shot of your complete academic record at the time of its production. The eTranscript does not automatically update as your record changes in the future. Be sure to check your academic history on ACORN before placing your transcript order to ensure your academic record is complete.
The University Registrar eTranscript’s security features do not allow it to be combined with other PDF documents. If you wish to send someone a copy of your eTranscript, send the secure PDF as a separate attachment.
A: If you don’t have ACORN access because you don’t have a UTORid, you can create an account directly on the Parchment Storefront. Uploaded images will need to be processed by the University Registrar’s Office before your transcript(s) can be released. Please allow for additional processing time after the consent is submitted.
If you have already submitted a transcript order but have not completed the consent process, or had previously provided the wrong consent document, please login to the Parchment Storefront and click My Account in the top menu.
