Transcript Processing Times
Due to our office re-locating the processing time will be longer, once we are settled in our new location, we will aim to providing same day service we normally do, in the meantime our processing turn around time is as follows:
Until further notice transcript processing turn around time will be be 2-4 business days.
You may have your transcript mailed directly to the recipient or you may have it mailed to you in a signed and sealed envelope. Transcripts are mailed to any destination in the world at no extra charge. Check with Canada Post for estimated delivery times.
Transcripts may be sent via FedEx Courier Services for an additional charge. Delivery is normally within 1-5 business days depending on the destination. Once your transcript has been ordered and all fees paid, you will receive a FedEx tracking number and estimated delivery date (when possible).An additional fee for this service will be added to the total cost as follows:All prices in Canadian Dollars (CDN)

For courier deliveries, please note that transcripts cannot be sent to a Post Office Box.You must have a complete mailing address (including street name and number, room #, apartment #, or buzzer if applicable). A signature is required for all deliveries, please ensure someone is available to sign.
FedEx will impose an additional fee if the address is incomplete, Fed-Ex corrects it or you change it after it has been shipped out. Un-deliverable transcripts will be destroyed by fed-Ex after 5 business days with no refunds.

UTM: Monday – Friday
UTSC: Monday, Wednesday & Friday.
No deliveries on holiday Mondays and when the university is closed
Please note: It’s the student’s responsibility to contact us (the UTTC) to inquire if transcript/s ready for pick up. Our contact number is on our landing page.
If the student/alumnus is collecting their transcript they must show photo ID before it is released to them (a U of T student card is acceptable). Transcripts picked up on behalf of students will only be released if the Transcript Centre has received a Transcript Pick up Authorization Form completed by the student/alumnus along with a government issued photo ID.
Transcripts for pick up that have not been collected will be destroyed after 6 months. No refund will be issued for these transcripts.
